Nicole Flores, Founder and Co-CEO

Based in Dallas, Texas, Nicole Flores has a passion for serving people. She majored in English at Texas Tech University and Fashion Merchandising at The University of North Texas. After college, she entered the workforce as clientele specialist for luxury retailers. It was here that Nicole found her appreciation for top-notch customer service. From there, Nicole started working a mortgage loan originator. She learned to tailor her business to each client’s needs, a skill that continues to serve her in the marketing space, along with further developing her customer service skills. Nicole’s experience in the mortgage world has helped her build an incredible network of talented individuals across the country. She also brings a unique set of skills to the marketing world due to her experience in the mortgage space.

Through her years of experience with one-on-one customer service-based roles, Nicole developed her passion for marketing and her desire to help businesses further their success. Because of Nicole’s experience and vast network, she is able to provide a holistic marketing experience. Not only can she advise on what will help the business succeed, but she can connect businesses that will help propel each other forward.

Outside of work, Nicole has volunteered with Paws in the City, Highland Park United Methodist Church, Alley’s House and sat on the board for Young Friends of Wilkinson Center. She spends as much time as possible with her son, John, and is passionate about continuing her education via conferences and events to further her marketing expertise.

Jenn Wayboer, Co-CEO

Jenn Wayboer, based in Denver, Colorado, was born in Maine, raised in Dallas, Texas, and then found her way back to Maine before relocating to Colorado in 2018. She graduated from the University of Maine in 2011 with her BA in English and minor in political science. From there, Jenn went on to receive her MBA from the University of Southern New Hampshire with a concentration in corporate social responsibility in 2017.

In college, Jenn created marketing materials for the English department, and it was here that she found her passion for combining the written word with graphics. Straight out of college, she entered the direct sales industry where she grew a successful team of over 250 consultants. Through direct sales, Jenn learned how to market not only her company, but her team and herself. She takes this experience into the marketing world and is able to help clients create their own, unique brand. Jenn also brings a decade of sales experience to the table. In 2014, Jenn was a speaker at her company’s national convention in Phoenix, Arizona.

Jenn’s background in customer service, social media marketing, and virtual business management allows her to provide a holistic approach to marketing for her clients. She has worked in just about every role in small business since college across a vast array of industries. She has created marketing materials and plans for an irrigation company, construction companies, a boat tour company, a permanent cosmetics company, a sales coaching company, an alpaca farm, and many more. She thrives using her marketing skills and administrative skills to help businesses be more productive and reach their goals.

Outside of work, Jenn is an avid yogi and is currently working on her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. She spends as much time as she can exploring beautiful Colorado and is a self-proclaimed travel addict having traveled to 12 countries and 45 states, so far. Jenn also puts on a fundraiser for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, bringing in several hundred dollars for the organization every year.
